Hi there, my name is Heather Beard! I am a graphic designer, artist, and photographer. I am a 2014 graduate of the University of Memphis and I hold my BFA in Fine Art with a concentration in graphic design and a minor in art history. 

I have been married to my husband, Justin, since June 2015 and we live in Union City, TN. My husband and I welcomed our first son, Samuel, in October 2020.  I am originally from Collierville, TN and still call the Memphis area home. I currently work as a graphic designer, freelance artist and photographer. I aspire to spend my life creating artwork for others and maybe, when I'm old, own a cat cafe.

My artistic passions lie in my love for typography, digital doodling, sketching, and photography. I am passionate about my work and I put my heart in everything that I create. I am constantly inspired by the world around me and my interests; I am quite the nerd after all. If I'm not illustrating something that piques my interest I am likely behind the lens photographing animals at the zoo.

When I am not creating you can find me reading, re-writing my novel, taking long walks outside, baking, or enjoying time with my family and pets. I update a blog every once in a while so if you would like to read about my adventures click the link to the left.
